What Is I.D. Coffee Company (I.D.C.C.)?
I.D. Coffee Company is a small-batch coffee company owned and operated by personnel with backgrounds in forensics/investigations. We source high quality coffee beans, roast them personally, and ship from our place to your door. =)

Why choose I.D. Coffee Company?
Other than creating a delicious cup of coffee for you, we at I.D.C.C. are all about community and giving back. But we don’t give back in just any regular way! The proceeds we gather are used to recognize, train, educate, and equip those heroes working in the investigative field to create safer communities.
What’s a light roast, medium roast, dark roast?
Unroasted coffee (“green” beans) from regions across the world offer flavor characteristics influenced by weather, elevation, and processing methods among other things. These green beans are then roasted to a light, medium, or dark profile. Generally speaking, light roasts highlight brightness and fruit forward notes whereas dark roasts highlight caramel/chocolate notes. We suggest dark roasts if you prefer cream and sugar in your cup!
How long will roasted coffee last?
Storing coffee in a cool and dry place prior to brewing the coffee is recommended. Roasted coffee is best ground and brewed within 30 days of roasting. If kept in an airtight container, roasted beans can last longer but quality will slowly degrade over this time. Exposure to oxygen causes coffee degradation so airtight containers are highly recommended!
What shipping carriers do you use?
We ship using the United States Postal Service and UPS. I.D.C.C. offers flat rate shipping for most orders based on destination, order weight, and shipping service.
Where is my order confirmation?
Please be sure to check your spam or junk folder. Another reason for missing order confirmations is that they are sent as text messages but are blocked by the phone carrier. Some payment methods like PayPal or ShopPay utilize phone numbers to send order confirmations and carriers sometimes mark these texts as spam. Please email us at info@idcoffeeco.com if you’re still missing your order confirmation.
How can I track my order?
Shipping information will be sent to the email address associated with the order.
How come my order was marked as shipped but I did not receive anything?
Please check with delivery personnel. Additionally, check with your neighbors for your package. Another reason is that sometimes, an item will be marked shipped, but actually won’t be delivered by the carrier until the next day. Once it becomes apparent that your item is in fact missing, please shoot us an email at info@idcoffeeco.com. We want to ensure you’re happy with your purchase here at I.D.C.C.!
What if I received an incorrect order?
If we’ve sent you something you didn’t ask for, we’ll make it right! Email us at info@idcoffeeco.com.

Will you ship to an APO address?
Yes! Shipping rates are calculated by the specific APO’s zip code in the U.S. When placing an order, be sure to select the United States as the country, the city as APO, and the state as Armed Forces Europe, Armed Forces Pacific, or Armed Forces America, and the APO’s zip code. Please be sure to include the specific unit information for the military to get the package to its final destination.
How can I change my order after it’s been placed?
Depending on the shipment status of an order, we may or may not be able to catch an order once it leaves our facility. Please email us at info@idcoffeeco.com and we will try our best to make it right.
How do I return an item or receive a refund?
Once your coffee is shipped, it cannot be returned for credit or refund. If your coffee bag is damaged in transit and is unsafe to consume, the coffee bag can be returned and we will replace the bag of coffee at equal or lesser value. Non-coffee items can be returned, if unused, after 30 days from the date of purchase.
What are my payment options?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, Diner’s Club, debit cards, credit cards, Paypal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Facebook Pay, and Amazon Pay.
